What is the Courage Award?
The Courage Award annually recognizes a person who has been diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and demonstrates great character and perseverance in living with the challenges of this disorder. The recipient of the Courage Award will receive $2,000.00. The award will be presented to the winner during dinner at the annual Ted Lindsay Foundation Golf Outing on Monday, September 9, 2013 at Wabeek Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
Who May Be Nominated?
Any person living in the Tri-County Area (Oakland, Macomb or Wayne) who has been diagnosed with one of the Autism Spectrum Disorders.
How to Make a Nomination
Complete the Courage Award Nomination Form and return it in one of the following ways:
